How many children can participate in a group?

Up to 15 children can participate in our groups!

How often does the training take place per week?

Once a week, usually 60 minutes.

(There are no lessons during the holidays and public holidays)!

From or up to what age can you participate?

Participation is only possible from the age of 4 up to a maximum of 12 years!

Does my child need special sports equipment?

  • normal training pants / leggings, normal top

  • Trainers or sneakers 

  • drinking bottle

  • special sports equipment is not necessary

       (=Saving approx. 150 € per year)!
